Mongolian beef
A stir-fried beef dish with onions and ginger in a savory sauce, served over rice.
Prepare rice on the side
| 3 tbsp soy sauce | prepare the sauce separately | heat up aromatics (garlic and ginger), add the sauce and stir until it thickens | add the meat back in (if reserved to the side) | incorporate everything, turn off heat, drizzle sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds | |
